Even though this is a 'Wrong' photo my opinion of it would be similar as the two photos mine & Baldessari's have a person with some sort of object sticking out of the persons head.
For the lesson we had to create photos inspired by John Baldessari. John Baldessari created a peice of art work called wrong in 1967. John Baldessari was a contempuary artist. Bassicly we were given the task to make as many "wrong" photos as possible.
These were some peoples opinions:
"There is nothing wrong with it. It makes you criticise the picture. The title is wrong because we can’t see anything wrong with the image. It’s ironic - to confuse people. The image is questioning what’s ‘Wrong’."
"There is no colour. The proportions. The car."
"The man isn’t in the exact centre of the image. He is in an awkward position. The man is fake. He’s on the wrong side of the pavement. He’s too far away. The man has a tree behind his head."
"Maybe it’s just a normal photo however you have made us think what possible things could be wrong with the image even though there isn’t anything."
"is it just called wrong to confuse people?"
This is a 'wrong' photo that I really dislike as the two bins are not the same. If they were the same then I might like this photo. But the bin that isn't being carried is too small, and there is a shadow right next to it.
